We source this Costa Rican coffee from the CoopeTarrazu. The Coop employs approximately 10,000 people either directly in coffee productions or in supporting roles. The CoopeTarrazu controls the controls the entire production process from harvest, through sorting and milling, then exporting. This leads to excellent consistency year after year.
